With three beaches, suites that sit over their own schools of fish and a private lagoon, Constance Le Prince Maurice isn't afraid of a little ostentation. However, compared to some of the all-singing, all-dancing luxury resorts on Mauritius, with their plurals of golf courses, spas and entertainment choices, it's a positive shrinking violet. The hotel is much larger than it seems, and its many facilities are dotted around the sprawling grounds so that guests never feel overwhelmed by the enormity of their leisure options.
